Refund & Returns Policy

Pharmaceutical products carry strict regulatory restrictions on returns. The following policy is consistent with Indian drug regulations and standard B2B practice.

Damage or Short-Supply

Buyers must inspect each consignment at the time of delivery and record any damage or shortage on the delivery acknowledgement. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Near-Expiry Returns

Returns of near-expiry stock are governed by the buyer-specific terms agreed at onboarding. As a general matter, products with less than three months to expiry will not be accepted for return except in cases of supplier error.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed by way of a credit note within 7–14 working days, applied to the buyer’s account ledger or remitted to the registered bank account.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Cut-Off & Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 14:00 IST on a working day are typically dispatched the same day for Delhi NCR. Orders confirmed after the cut-off are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Documentation

Every dispatch carries the GST tax invoice, an e-way bill where statute requires, and the batch-wise pack list reflecting manufacturer and expiry details.

Cold Chain

Where products require it, cold-chain dispatch is performed in validated insulated packaging with included data records. Buyers must ensure prompt receipt and refrigeration on delivery.

Risk & Title

Title in goods passes on dispatch from our warehouse. Risk of damage in transit during third-party logistics is governed by the consignment note and the relevant carrier’s terms.
