Pharmaceutical products carry strict regulatory restrictions on returns. The following policy is consistent with Indian drug regulations and standard B2B practice.
Buyers must inspect each consignment at the time of delivery and record any damage or shortage on the delivery acknowledgement. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
Returns of near-expiry stock are governed by the buyer-specific terms agreed at onboarding. As a general matter, products with less than three months to expiry will not be accepted for return except in cases of supplier error.
Approved refunds will be processed by way of a credit note within 7–14 working days, applied to the buyer’s account ledger or remitted to the registered bank account.
